Support for software, hardware, and technology services broadly available to and commonly used by the College community.

Support for College-provided software on individual machines and in labs, i.e. productivity and multimedia software, BIONIC.
Account logins, password resets, and compromised accounts.
Help with the College's email and calendaring software and email lists.
Support for College and personally-owned computers. Includes technology purchasing and mobile devices.
Access to and support for network file storage, wireless connections, and network printing.
Installation and support for multimedia equipment in campus teaching, meeting and event spaces.
LITS staff purchase and license technologies for the Bryn Mawr College campus, and consult with community members on technology contracts.
