Computer Replacement

Features

Faculty and staff primary computers are scheduled for replacement every four years (previously "Cascade"). If your computer is due for replacement, LITS will contact you in the spring to select your new computer.  A LITS staff member will reach out in early summer to schedule an available time for delivery/setup of your new computer.  For more details, review our Computer Replacement Policy page.

Getting Started

Access the form to select your new computer by clicking the button on the right. Please choose from these standard models.  Both standard models are laptops (Dell or Apple). If you prefer a desktop-style PC or a custom laptop specification, please indicate on the selection form that you would like a consultation and someone from LITS will reach out to review your computing needs and build a custom order.

Availability

LITS will contact you directly when it's time to plan for your computer replacement. If you have not been contacted but believe your current computer should be replaced, please use the button on the right to request a new computer.
