Use the event registration system to reserve a room: http://ems.brynmawr.edu/VirtualEMS/ (supported by Conferences & Events). Scroll down to select which technology items you would like set up for that event.

Contact Conferences & Events for help making reservations. Contact the Help Desk with non-urgent questions about equipment. Call x7449 if you experience problems while teaching or presenting.
